    She isn't to the worms or planting stage yet unfortunately - this pic was taken seconds before she stuck a big fist-full of dirt in her mouth! Blech.

    Very wonderful moment captured beautifully. I love the focused attention of children to every detail of nature; and how they explore it in every sense - no matter the practicality, mess involved or potential consequence (urgh - mouthful of dirt - ah well - just another day of discovery heh!).

    I love the fact that you are letting her be there in her white tights! even though I have to pause my OCD I love letting my LO get muddy and dirty in the garden, it is what children should look like on a sunny day!
